John possess a Class A CDL License & is a talented Heavy Equipment Operator, John will most often be the guy you meet on the job to go over your project and provide you with an estimate for your upcoming project. In Johns free time he enjoys spending time with his family, especially creating Hunting & Fishing memories with his two sons Chad & Travis. John is an avid lover of the sport of Hockey.

Kim has a lifetime of experience in the Excavation Industry as she comes from a family owned business that started in 1972 and she has carried on that legacy with her experience and knowledge along with her husband John, also once employed by the family business. They opened their own Excavation & Septic Services business in 2003. Kim's greatest passion and complete joy is her family, her biggest bestowment comes from the pride of the success of their two grown sons Chad & Travis, her greatest love. Kim & John enjoy during the summer months, their weekends on beautiful Lake Champlain together with Family, friends and each other on their boat, enjoying various beaches and dinners out. Kim also enjoys travelling during the winter months with her husband John to warm places! Kim's hobby is photography.

Skip comes to CSS as a veteran in the construction industry with over 23 years experience. Skips knowledge and skill makes the day to day functions go smoothly he is a great support to John and a mentor for our staff. Skip has his Class A CDL license with Tanker endorsement along with heavy equipment and auto mechanic experience. Skip on his own time enjoys a strong competition of corn hole tournaments and/or backyard fun! He also enjoys woodworking. Skips pride & joy is family, his wife Kelly & their two daughters Kerri & Ashleigh.
Chad has been working for the family business since 2013. Chad learned how to master a shovel first and has worked his way up the company ladder to obtaining his Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement, also becoming one of the best heavy equipment operators in the area. Chad obtained his Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire in 2019 which has enhanced his ability to utilize his analytical skills, project management training & provide a teamwork environment with his co-workers.
Chad poses excellent customer service skills , "a people-first" attitude. He has estimated jobs and taken on a leadership role here at CSS. You will often see him jumping from a dump truck to an excavator to a pumper truck. He will be the guy with a smile diagnosing your septic system! In Chad's spare time he is an avid outdoorsman. Chad has a great passion for Hunting & Fishing he also enjoys spending time on his Lund Angler Boat & with his dog Arlo.
Tanner is a graduate from Paul Smith College and came to us during the pandemic looking for work. Tanner has been a great student here at CSS as he is a very quick learner, always aiming to please and looking for growth. Tanner sees the company needs and fills the holes when needed, a true "jack of all trades" Tanner came to our office asking to attend school for his CDL license and he now has his Class A with Tanker endorsement, we appreciate his willingness to step up to the plate, flexibility and attention to detail. Tanner is a true asset to the team. Although Tanner has worked with us a short time, he comes with longevity as a family friend since his birth. Tanner in his free time also is an outdoorsman enthusiast. His passion also is Fishing & Hunting, often times with Chad.
Nick also came to us in 2020. Nick has obtained interpersonal relation skills, he has the ability to provide excellent customer service with a smile! Nick wants to learn and learn he did, we enrolled Nick in CDL training school and he successfully obtained his Class B CDL license with tanker endorsement and is working his way into the septic pumping side of the business and expanding his skills. Nick enjoys to waterfowl & Whitetail deer hunt as well as fishing. (the fall work season is short days here as CSS with all these outdoorsman). Nicholas also adores his little girl Adalynn, his whole world! He enjoys spending time with her and his fiancé Sophie.
Shea is skilled in communication, administration, research, employee relations and strategy, She is a Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Shea has a vital role as office support here at CSS as a part-time employee. Shea juggles a full-time job job as an HR Director and we are thankful for her few hours of extra time in our office. Shea is a "BIG" Rae Dunne collector. She enjoys her Black Lab-Beau, and her fiancé Travis. They enjoy their spare time together doing improvements to their new home in Isle La Motte, Shea is also preparing for their 2024 wedding, and will soon be "Mrs. Littlefield".
